Pricing FAQ
Is the free plan really free?
Yes. Small workspaces run on the Free plan with no credit card. You get the core inventory record (items, locations, counts, transfers, and low-stock alerts), and you can export everything as CSV whenever you want. Move up when you add users, locations, channels, or purchasing.
What counts toward plan limits?
Users, locations, sales channels, and SKUs. Pricing scales with the size of your operation. The agent's work is included; there is no per-AI-message or per-draft charge.
Is annual cheaper than monthly?
Yes. Annual billing is about 17% below the monthly rate on Operator and Scale. The Free plan stays free either way.
Can I change plans or cancel anytime?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade whenever the operation changes, and cancel anytime. There is no lock-in: your records are yours and they export as CSV. We are not in the business of stranding customers who want to leave.
Does Order3 replace QuickBooks or Xero?
No. Accounting stays in the accounting system. Order3 handles the floor and the inventory record: counts, receiving, transfers, reorder drafts, approvals, and audit history. It sits alongside the books rather than replacing them.
When should I talk to an expert instead of self-serving?
