The live help center will be at help.order3.com. Until that is fully built, the topic links above are the fastest path to setup guides and feature explanations. If you cannot find an answer, email hello@order3.com and we will route you to a human.

How do I contact support?

For active workspaces, email hello@order3.com or use the in-app help link. We respond during US business hours and aim to reply same day for active accounts. We will publish a dedicated support contact and SLA as the support program matures.

Is there documentation for developers?

Start with /developers for the API, MCP, and CLI direction. Public reference docs are still being finalized. If you are evaluating Order3 for a custom integration or agent workflow, book an Inventory Workflow Review and we will show the current shape directly.
